Remaining Flexible
I have the feeling, that the less flexible we are, the less we can develop. No matter whether flexibility impacts getting a job in another city, working late once in a while, doing home office, learning something new, or traveling around the world. Flexibility is one of the main virtues which allows me to remain competitive.
When I take an example from well-established CEOs and businessmen, or even the executive directors in my company, it becomes obvious that they all have a great amount of flexibility in common. One of the executive directors I work with lives in Spain, and comes to Germany for four days a week. Another one lives in The Netherlands. They are well respected, have fine and established lives, but keep the amount of flexibility needed to be successful in the international marketplace.

Being flexible for financial success not only applies to business. It also happens to apply to many aspects of life as well. Take health for example. When you are flexible with a workout regiment and allow yourself to try different approaches to exercise, you will be more likely to find ones that you like and will follow through with. It will also help to add variety to life – no one likes to be bored for sure. Flexibility doesn’t mean fly by the seat of your pants though. In some cases, it requires some pre-planning especially in the area of time management.
