Moneywise24.com is a very special project to me: it is my way of expressing needs, visions, experiences, and everything else which relates to my path to reaching my goals.
My name is Aleks, I live in Europe, and to be quite honest, money has never really played a very big part in my life. I always had been a typical example of wanting to pursue a great career, without really having had any examples in my immediate surroundings when I grew up. I guess I started becoming more and more interested in growing wealth in the last few years or so, taking an example of friends, or also from the media, and of course other bloggers, of what can be achieved with fairly little money.
I am writing this blog mainly as a channel of expression, what I do to get ahead financially in life, or what I think that could be done. I have worked out 7 main key points, or questions, or areas which I want to have handled (not to be confused with my 24 commitments):
- What can I do to make all my finances transparent? How do I keep all my finances in one place, and how do I create the means necessary for tracking the flow of my money and analyzing future scenarios?
- What can I do in everyday life to reduce expenses, while ensuring the highest possible quality of my life?
- What can I do to maximize the benefits as an employee? How do I stay competitive, and how do I continuously grow within the company I am working for?
- What can I do to generate my own income, not through employment, but through running a business or being entrepreneurial; either full-time or part-time. What is there to consider when becoming an entrepreneur or setting up a business? How do I take my income in my own hands?
- How do I ensure that my assets grow over time? Should I save money, invest money, or both? Should I buy real estate, and what should be considered when doing so?
- How do I ensure a long-term high quality life in future, when I do not work, for whichevery reason. This could be due to retirement, unemployment, or simply wanting to live off a passive income.
- How do I intergrate finances into my life as a whole, and maintain a well-balanced life? How can I truly maximize the quality of my life?
Each and every article throughout this blog is based on the above-mentioned questions. With each action I take, each expense, each new job, or each investment, I take a look at these questions and try to answer them. As I write, I am gaining new experience, new knowledge, and new insights.
